Starting a jewellery workshop and business hasn't been a stroll down designer's lane, and it remains a progression: I am chipping away one day at a time. The name Son of Burnard evolved from my surname, which means bear-brave. I though I could use some of that, and decided to brand my business to reflect what I am working for: brave designs, mixed with strength and simplicity. And bears.
